Thanks Shiva. From the discussion on the mailing list, it appears someone
needs a PDF editor, and to do some hand edits to the PDF exported from the wiki
prior to commit. So far, no one has claimed to have an editor, and we want to
move forward with the 1.1 release, so I'm postponing this to 1.2.
