Given your previous statement for JAXB, I assume that will also need the GPL license. Doing a quick browse around the web for "stax api 1.0-2" indicates there may be problems with stax-api-1.0.1 with some mix of IDEs. I think we should stick with the 1.0-2 since that's what JAXB is calling for and if we're modifying the license for JAXB then I don't think this places any more burden. I'm not an expert though so if someone has another opinion it doesn't really matter to me. What does legal-discuss say about how the GPL license should be noted?
