Wink has no need to support DTD expansion in XML data payloads. Please see
attached patch. Yes, it is big, but I needed to add woodstox to several
pom.xml dependencies, added a bunch of tests, made the support for DTD
expansion configurable and of course added tests for that. In other words,
lots of additional tests, which is a good thing. :)
