Wink client fails to escape especial characters like + or " " space in the url.

In my rest application the following works if I type it in the browser:
http://localhost:9080/web/rest/vendor/IBM/family/BladeCenter/descriptor/system
p+/os/AIX 6.1.1
however; calling the same url through wink client would result in URL
exception and that is because of " " [space] and + sign in the url. I had to
write some code to escape these especial characters [space with %20 and + with
%2B]. I believe Wink client should be smart enough to do similar tasks like
these so that we developers focus on application logic as opposed to things
like these that Wink framework should take care of.
