Given the history of this code (not to mention the size of the contribution), a
software grant is going to be needed, IMO.
I'd like to see "IBM Confidential OCO Source Material" and other legal
rigamarole removed from the patch. The IBM copyrights can be moved to a NOTICE
file, if you'd like, but isn't necessary -- the copyright is maintained,
regardless...
Is the use of the package "org.apache.commons.json" intentional?
