Sorry don't remember replying to the last comment on the list but I don't think
there was any specific requirement for the files inside the META-INF.
I took a look at some other OSGi bundle documentation and I think it's a
mistake to export META-INF here. It produces undesirable results and potential
conflicts, so I'll revert that change. Might need to fix this by moving it to
a different package as suggested.
