Is Wink stll alive?

I am looking for a REST framework and was excited when I found Wink. (I have 
previously used Jersey.)
I notice that there have not been any Wink status updates in quite a while.
My question is what is the current status of the Wink project: is it still 
under development and/or is expected to graduate from the Apache incubator 
process in the near future?
