I have not performed any testing. Most everything looks good (source, license/notice files, signature/checksums, and build), with one small exception.
The license/notice files in wink-osgi-1.2.1-incubating.jar do not look correct. The jar contains activation, jaxb, jsr311, stax -- I don't see this reflected in the license/notice file. I expect this is something we've missed in the past, and not new to this release... Until corrected, here's my -1.
