[Winona Online Democracy]

Randy-there is raw statistical data that shows accident numbers and
intersections involved, however, it would take a considerable amount of time
to categorize all of that data into controlled vs uncontrolled intersection
accidents. I know that a St. Mary's College graduate student did a very
comprehensive accident study in the City of LaCrosse using GIS a couple of
years ago so it is possible but very manhour intensive-Chief Pomeroy
