Midmorning live in Winona, MN
Join Midmorning and host Katherine Lanpher on Friday, April 25, for a
live broadcast focusing on wildlife.  The show will air from Winona's
Acoustic Cafe near the banks of the Mississippi River in southeastern
Minnesota from 9:00 am-11:00 am.  The 9:00 am hour will feature Don Hultman,
manager of the Upper Mississippi River Wildlife and Fish Refuge in Winona.
During the 10:00 am hour, Lanpher will speak with Carol Schumacher, a
birding expert who works with the refuge, as well as migrating birds
throughout the state.  The event is free and open to the public.  This
broadcast is part of Mainstreet Radio, Minnesota Public Radio's
award-winning rural reporting unit, supported by the Blandin Foundation.
