About the County's used computers that Craig has talked about... With the stipulation that they have to be used by other governmental bodies, what are some ideas as to how to best use them? For the record, a year ago Craig Brooks and some others tried real hard to find ways to get the computers to non-profits but ran into all kinds of road blocks at the state level.
