Maybe this could add some new flavor to the Wal-Mart discussion. Would you be in favor of having a second Super-Wal-Mart in Winona at the junction of hiway 61 and 14...in exchange for the Shopko and EconoFoods? It would cut down on the 10 minute drive time for Goodview customers and provide double the RV parking. So... Would you be in favor of having 2 SWM's in town to get double the instrinsic Wal-benefits that have been mentioned already on the list? Am I right that the LaCrosse area has two? It may not be completely out of the question that Winona could get a two-fer. Hypothetically...should the two-fer be allowed by city policy-makers?
