Hello Winona Online Democracy,
Here are two agendas for Tuesday's Winona County Board meetings.
The first agenda is for the "Committee of the Board" meeting. Most elected
bodies call this their informal and non-binding study session. This
meeting actually comes right after the normal business meeting but I listed
it first because this is what the public and media are usually most
interested in.
The normal business meeting has a bunch of consent items listed first.
Scan down to the "General Business" section for the parts that usually draw
the most attention. Information about the agendas can also be found on the
County's web page at:

Please let the County Commissioners and staff hear your thoughts on the
