[Winona Online Democracy]
Yesterday Craig Brooks mentioned the County Board agenda was online. Here
it is in the text of an e-mail message. I'm sorry for the format problems
that make it messy to read.
The topics that may be of note to most people are:
1. Rural addressing (item 4.3)
2. Selecting EDA (Economic Development Authorty) study committee members
(item 4.4)
I would be interested if others think we have a proposed balanced EDA Study
Committee that represents diverse views and that will fairly consider
different sides of the issue.
Let myself and the others Commissioners know of your thoughts and concerns.
Also, this the one night meeting of the month. There is an open mic
session that starts at 6:30 p.m., it's a great chance to talk directly to
all the Commissioners at once. We can't respond to or act upon any issues
that are brought up at that time but it's still a good way for direct,
person-to-person contact.
