Employees who work their full 40 hour scheduled shift and show up on time
for the entire week also receive one extra hour of pay.
Those working 5-10 pm receive a premium of 10%
Those working 10:00 pm to 6:30 am a premium of 20%
Those working from 12:45 pm on Friday to 5:30 pm Sunday 50%

Other Items
Personal Time Off - All full time employees are contracted to work 2080
hours per year exclusive of paid holidays. They can request time off
without pay or we prefer they make up the time within 4 weeks and for that
makeup time they are reimbursed at one and one half their base rate.
All building based employees punch a time clock, including the President,
and all are paid time and one half for any hours worked in excess of 40
including sales. All non building based employees are also paid time and
one half for hours worked beyond 40.
Medical - Defined Contribution Plan Administrated by Medicharge - Hybrid
Combination MSA -FSA-HRA
All receive $100 per month deposited into and (HRA) Health
Reimbursement Arrangement Account for all full time employees after 30 days
Regular Part Time is pro-rated base on works worked divided
by 40 per week. During seasonal down time deposits are continued.
Optional Every dollar up to twenty per week placed into a (FSA) Flexible
Spending Account is matched with and additional dollar for dollar into their
HRA
Company Cost $2,240 per year Employee $ 1,040 The combined
total is less than the National average of medical expense per person of
about
$2,500 per year. All money is held in a trust for the
exclusive use of the employee and/or dependents for their lifetime or until
consumed. Annually
unspent funds from the HRA also receive a Cost of Living
Rebate based on the December 31 unspent balance and rolled into the next
year. Funds
can be used for any IRS deductible approved medical expense,
including now approved over the counter medications and/or for the purchase
of
medical insurance at their exclusive option. If they leave
our employment the fund are held in trust for their exclusive use anywhere
in the U.S. until
spent. On their death unspent balanced goes to their named
beneficiary. All contribution by them or the company are pre-tax.
Contracted providers
are paid in two business days if they agree to offer the same
pricing as they have in any contract with any insurance company.
Based on National Employment Data for the Fabrics Industry we are
competitive to attract the skill levels of employee's we invite to join us.
In Winona we have a difficulty in finding entry level people who are willing
to take night school training, at our expense, to expand their skill levels
complimenting their on the job training and their worth to the company.
