[Winona Online Democracy]
Hello:
I've received word from Sharon Ropes that there will be an opportunity to
talk with area legislators about education tomorrow (Tuesday) at the Winona
Technical Institute, from 10:30-11:15 am in Room 205. Legislators
Gene Pewlowski, Bob Kierlan, Steve Sviggum, and Steve Murphy have all been
invited to attend this Q& A session. It will be an opportunity to
talk about the state's role in funding and guiding public education. This event
is cosponsored by the AAUW, League of Women Voters, local PTA units and
Retired Educators, Winona. All are welcome.
