It was not clear to me it was a "made up" letter.
Have there been a lot of "made up" things in your previous posts that
have alluded me and others?

It doesn't smell right. A letter from Kathleen Geibel to the
St Paul Mayor about a subject unfamiliar to Winonans. Out of the blue,
Mr. Carlson finds a 150 year old letter dated the exact day by a person
with the exact "German" last name. Coincidently Mr. Carlson lives in
the Twin Cities.
Maybe I'm seeing things but the coincidences are remarkable.
