Chris Nelson asked about the cost of services for those who live in the township - perhaps someone on the City or County staff can answer if a specific study has been done. In the Twin Cities and nationally there have been studies done on the "real" cost of development in various settings, and the simple answer is that only very expensive homes typically pay their own way in tax dollars. But it's more complicated than that.
