[Winona Online Democracy]
Along with Chris Nelson's questions, I am wondering if the annexation includes Springbrook, or is it just the Phillipps property? Is the entire township being annexed? It's very hard for me to understand the big picture here when so much of the dialogue has been about procedures and personalities. I still don't know what exactly the specifics objections are.
