In addition to the candidate forums announced, there
are two candidate forums scheduled to be held at the Senior
Friendship Center.
On Friday, Sept 3, at 1:00 pm Candidates for the
School Board and County Commissioners will be heard..
On Friday, Sept 10th at 1:00 pm Candidates for the
City Council will be heard.
If your available during the day, this is one more option
to hear the candidates and to ask questions. The Forums are open to every
one, but this is an especially good opportunity for older folk who don't
like to drive at night to have a chance to participate. Encourage your
older friends and neighbors and relatives to attend.
