A new HBC Channel 25 "Working Together" show, which airs for first time Thursday January 20 at  7:30 p.m., considers the challenges of change in organizations. Among issues discussed are: profit sharing, the need to invest in education and training, the power of internally motivated staff, and decentralized decision making.   .

This episode features panelists:
:  Paul Durand, superintendent of Winona Area Public Schools,  Rachelle Schultz, CEO of Winona Health, and Nick Lundquist, Chief Operating Officer at Fastenal.  The program host is HBC Productions General Manager Mary Wilder.

The show looks at some individual responses to change.  Interviewed guests are: Jon Nicholson, a local rubber footwear consultant who plies his trade in China, Leon Bowman, a WSU Facilities Services Mason, Jeff Johnson, manager of the Huff/Sarnia Kwik Trip, and Pastor Scott Olson from Central Lutheran Church.

Working Together , a television series on HBC Channel 25 produced  in collaboration with the Winona Council for Quality , takes a closer look at the positive people, businesses, and organizations and  the changes taking place across the community that are creating a solid future for Winona. The monthly show is broadcast each week at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, 9 a.m. Saturday, and 1:30 p.m. Sunday.  A new topic is offered the third Thursday of each month.    Working Together has a web site www.winonaworks.com   where there is  more background on the series and a discussion forum for viewers to interact about this new common sense for Winona.
