Hello Everyone,

This Tuesday, P.H.A.S.E.D. will have it's monthly public meeting.

The subject is the Clean Water Legacy Act that is being discussed in the
State Legislature this session.

If you are interested in clean water and/or it's possible impacts on
business and local governments, please consider coming and passing the word
on to others who might be interested.

Speaker:  Norman Senjem from the MPCA, Minnesota Pollution Control Agency

P.H.A.S.E.D. stands for "Partners in Housing, Agriculture, and Sustainable
Economic Development."  It's a diverse group of local government, private,
non-profit, and general community members who meet once a month in rotating
locations to discuss a wide variety of topics of interest to the greater
Winona area.
