Once again I’ve violated the ‘no sarcasm’ policy. Whatever financial success Mr. Severson enjoys is obviously due to operating a business enterprise that provides his customers with goods and services in a fair and efficient manner and not because of being affiliated with a particular industry. And, I would add, due also to the quality employees of his that I encounter when visiting his establishments.   I can’t imagine that the oil companies would care at all if everyone stayed away on one particular day. Especially so if on the day before or after they just bought twice as much as otherwise.   John N.
