Why the discussion if the answer is already
known?
It’s like a treasure hunt!! Johnson Street on the West, Lafayette
on the east Second on the South. Good bye HBC, Wilkie, Sammy’s, Lackore’s,
Chamber Office, Winona 7, Dental Offices & Island Café just to name a few
as the buildings are not old or historic. The Menards Plaza will welcome them.
The good news -- three plus square blocks
of parking or one block with a three plus story ramp.
Or will the Theatre be built on Latch Island or in the Commercial Harbor?
Inquiring minds want to know!

“I, too, would
dearly love to the see the old middle school auditorium renovated. But I
don't think we can sell it to the festival...they want to be on the river...and
it's not a theatre...it’s
an auditorium...seats 800 I think.”
