I would agree with Duane. Let's see see the
GRSF learn to walk on its own a bit before we ask it to run. Why the rush
to spend big money on it?

My understanding, and please, feel free to correct me if I am wrong, is
that GRSF is hoping to become a year round concern and not merely two months
in the summer. If not, why would there be any talk about developing a
theater for GRSF?
It seems that WSU is able to accomodate the festival over the summer
months, but I would be surprised (although I honestly have no direct
information to confirm this ) if WSU would be able to accomodate the GRSF for
much more time than they already do.
