[Winona Online Democracy]
Yesterday and today I have emailed district staff to receive a response to
the effect that the email could not be delivered within 3 hrs. Am I doing
something incorrectly? A staff member suggested that strange things had
been happening with their computers at WMS Friday.
Can anyone give me any tips?
