Hi!

A system restart helped a lot... (It is a bit strange.)
Finally, after I restarted the PC, my two applications (running on the same PC)
can communicate to eachother using a physical ethernet device (that is
connected to a HUB to have a live link).

However, it is still not working over the Microsoft Loopback device. Do you
have any experience with this loopback device?

Thanks,
Tamas
