Hi, Sending packets on the "Microsoft loopback adapter" using pcap_sendpacket() and pcap_sendqueue_transmit(), I don't see the packets being actually looped back.
Note, I do have PCAP_OPENFLAG_NOCAPTURE_LOCAL set when opening the adapter, but I assume this flag should not impact the loopback functionality of the adapter itself. Is this expected? If so, would appreciate some technical details on why (to satisfy my intellectual curiosity).
