I am running Winpcap 4.1.2 on Windows 8 and it seems as if PCAP_OPENFLAG_NOCAPTURE_LOCAL is not working. I still see all the traffic to the adapter. The program runs fine for Win XP and Windows 7? I searched for this issue (especially with term "Windows 8"), but got no results. What can cause this? Any help is appreciated! Best regards, Paul
