Thanks for the feedback. Thought of that solution already.

Unfortunately this seems only second best solution as the developers in the
project (Personally I'm installation developer) prefer the newest version
provided by winpcap and not an older version embedded in the nmap
installation.

So an official support of Winpcap would be the preferred solution...
