Thobias, This is a pretty broad question. It could be a multitude of problems. Have you tried using a different model NIC? Have you made sure that you uninstalled WinPcap and made SURE you have done a search for all files related to WinPcap and deleted them prior to installation? Have you made sure you rebooted between installs?
How do you know it's not working? What have you did to trouble shoot this problem.
