It's part of the timestamp.  The number of microseconds past 13:57:57.

When WinDump prints on the screen the information of the packets they are
preceded by the time ;  for example :

13:57:57.312693 src > dst : flag data-seqno ack window urgent options

I need to know what 312693 means.

If somebody could tell me.
