I have Dual-processor machine running Win2k server & WinPcap 3.0 alpha 4 I was thinking about a turnaround about the problem with WinPcap & SMP Machines If you set the affinity of WinPcap with only one processor (instead of both) WinPcap will then be only executed by one processor Wouldn't that work ? (currently the only option to run winpcap on my system is to enable only one processor) Ps: if someone needs some beta-testing of SMP & WinPcap I have 2 SMP machines at my disposal |
