Greetings, I've recently run into a problem running WinPcap 3.01a on an NT 4 system with SP6. The root of the problem appears to be that the service control manager is unable to start the NPF driver. Issuing 'net start npf' returns error 4.
Any ideas why something like this might happen? I have a suspicion that the code is never actually getting to the npf driver.. but I can't get any more information out of the SCM.
