Here at the University of Auckland, we have been working on a project which uses seppl 0.4 (http://0pointer.de/lennart/projects/seppl/) on linux 2.6. We now need to find a windows equivalent of this programme? I suppose it would be a WIN32 driver based on your Packet filtering system. While searching I came across your project and thought you may be kindly able to help?
Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated.
