By looking in the ddk help.
You search OID_GEN_MAC_OPTIONS, or you go to network devices and
protocols -> Reference -> NDIS objects -> general objects -> general
operational characteristics.
MS provides tables for all the OIDs, specifiying the data length and telling
if query and set are optional, mandatory or not supported. You can find a
copy of the table that you need at
http://www.osr.com/ddk/network/22genoid_5wfm.htm. It turns out that
OID_GEN_MAC_OPTIONS is query only.
