Ross make sure neither Winrad or Spectravue is open or running...and if you have installed the 109zip into the Winrad you should be able to go to your Winrad folder and see the register.bat item and double click on that..if it confirms an OK ..then you should be able to ---while still in the Winrad folder ---go down and double click on the winrad.exe item and that should now open Winrad..continue with the other instructions and Winrad should now be able to run SDRIQ.
