Alberto I did what you suggested, but the result remains the same. However, I did around the time the problem started have the wrong date on my machine for some reason. It was corrected, but it is possible that the date was wrong during the installation of build 30.
I have, during my efforts to get it running again, tried to remove all references to winrad from the Registry, remove the Winrad subdirectory and reinstall from scratch, but likewise with no luck.
