Thanks for the reply. I definitely agree about not having magic, built 
in ranges. If I were to more fully implement this, I'd likely separate 
out MulticastIPs from AllowedIPs so that users do not unwittingly turn 
an intended-unicast subnet into an accidentally-multicast subnet. It 
would all, of course, be opt-in only. ~Derrick
