Hi,

No I haven't tried leaky coax yet. From the info I could find on the net about it, it doesn't seem to be a good fit at the 2.4Ghz range. But I'd be interested in hearing of anyone who thinks otherewise!

Thanks

Matt

Mathew,

Have you tried using "leaky coaxial" antennas?

Hi,

I'm wondering what people are doing for installing wireless in buildings
where it is mainly offices off of a long hallway. This is something that
needs to be done where I am, but I want to get the best coverage possible to
all offices. An omni directional antenna would seem to be the best approach,
or perhaps a directional one shooting down the hall. The problem there is
the leakage into the offices (Thick concrete walls) is not that great, at
least with the antenna I've tested.

Just thought I'd send a note out for suggestions!

Thanks
