We knew which AP she was on, but did not know the location of the client herself. Turns out she was in an adjacent building, enjoying much greater bandwidth than we would have thought possible!

Not sure what access points you are using, but did you look at you access point management software? Hopefully it can tell you what access point the user is connected to.
