Subject: [WIRELESS] Wireless LAN articles worth reading

Good reviews of wireless products are few and far between.  The "New WLAN on Campus" by Dave Molta and Jesse Linderman, of Syracuse University, is a good one.  It is hard to beat hands-on testing of current products with a comparative analysis.

The "Generation W" and "Implementing Wireless Switches" articles are complementary.

Generation W
Wireless LAN gear for the enterprise doesn't make the grade...but that's about to change.

New WLAN on Campus
Seven wireless LAN vendors went back to school outfitting new digs for SU's School of Information Studies. But only Airespace earned our bid.

A third related article is "Implementing Wireless Switches" by Michael Disabato, of the Burton Group.  It can be downloaded from webtorials.com.  Webtorials provides access to many articles across a wide spectrum of Information Technologies.  Registration is required, but it is free and my experience is that it is worthwhile.
