In many ways I agree with Dale that Cisco's approach has been pretty 
convoluted, and thus quite lame. Even so- and I know it can be a passionate 
discussion- I wasn't looking to debate SWAN?Unified Networking versus Thin APs 
and WCS- though it is good discussion going through the list. Just looking to 
maybe use a feature that's available, but hoping those on the list that have 
been there could speak to whether it would be a mistake. We already use the 
WLSE and fat APs, that will change in the farther future. Self-healing in the 
current framework of WLSE/Fat APs/NO WLSM, if it works without headache (and 
that's what I haven't heard specific comment on yet) it may have benefit.

Not trashing Dale at all- please don't read it that way.

You gave em the answers all right. Looks like from Lee Badmans' reply he 
didn't really want to hear answers to his question other than the 'self 
healing' part.
