I think this qualifies as a hardware issue....
I have purchased a number of Cushcraft ceiling-mount panel antennas
(S2402DS). They come with an integral clip for mounting on ceiling grid
flush with the tile surface. The box also contains an offset clip to
mount to recessed ceiling grid.
My problem is the provided clip fits ~1" grid only, and I am in the
middle of an install where ~1/2" grid was used. Cushcraft is aware of
this as a problem, but offers no solution and I was told have no plans
for a solution.
Does anyone have any suggestions for addressing this problem, short of
returning all of the antennas and purchasing a different product?
