If you have copper to the building you could try the Cisco LRE switch.  We currently use that solution to connect 4 of our remote buildings that don't have fiber yet.  Works on a single pair of standard voice grade copper.

We are currently using a pair of Cisco 1300 wireless bridges to connect some student residences to the campus network.  While these bridges have worked well we now need something which is capable of a higher speed connection without using multiple links.  The current distance between the two antennas is about 300 feet.  I was wondering what products others have used and how they performed.
