The Event Viewer is what I use to troubleshoot our system, it's not
perfect by any means, but usually the problem is a malformed username or
bad password, and it generally will tip you off to that.

Also, if you'd like it, I have a program that I had our student
programmer whip up in .NET that parses the RADIUS logs for unique
successful authentications.  It's pretty simple, but, at least gives me
some text output that I can use to graph usage.
