What do people do in general on switches and routers that feed
Access-Points?

At the moment we do not have Multicast Enable, but we plan to
change that very soon trying to limit broadcasting issues with Itunes,
IAPP and other multicasting applications.
We plan to add IGMP snooping to all switches that have APs
and turn PIM sparse on our Wireless VLANs.

We came to the conclusion that we can only win from doing this.

A few things:
-If someone sources Multicast on Wireless it will be bad with or without
 multicast
-Be carefull, do not turm PIM sparse on VLANs before you have IGMP
snooping ON on switches

Has anyone experienced otherwise?

Philippe
