The issue is that we want to see the APs in NMS with their names
associated to an IP and a MAC address.

I'm working off memory here, but I'm pretty sure you can add your NMS as
a SNMP trap reciever on your Controllers.  You can even use WCS to push
the settings out to all your controllers.
