Thought the folks on this list would be interested in the news. Apple
has officially announced that the iPhone will be getting 802.1x and WPA2
support, as well as Cisco IPSec VPN support, in release 2.0, due out in
June. This should be a big help to universities who have already
deployed 802.1x for wireless access.
