Happened here too. Its a known problem but I don't have bug ID. TAC seemed to indicate over the phone that the problem begins on the service port and spreads to other ports over time. That insinuation made us retrograde the very next morning.
We are waiting for a new 5 release.

I tried to upgrade one wism from 4.1.185.0 to 5.0.148.0. I loaded both 5.0.148.0 main image and boot image. After the upgrade, wism lost the service IP. Rebooted the wism again still no luck. The service IP is configured to use DHCP but couldn't get one. I downgraded it back to 4.1.185.0 then it got service IP successfully. Has anyone seen this problem before?

Thanks
